1914 Cornet Creek Flood in Telluride
Cornet Creek flood
Summary: View northwest down Colorado Avenue after the Cornet Creek flood on July 27, 1914, Telluride, Colorado; shows First National Bank Building on corner of Fir and Colorado, three false front businesses, the Sheridan Hotel, the San Miguel County Courthouse, and mud and debris- filled street. Townspeople are near the bank and in distance in front of the Sheridan with a horse and automobile; electric and telephones lines cross street; chairs and tables are part of debris.
